Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a drone survey cost?

Pricing depends on site size, terrain complexity, the type of data you need, and deliverable requirements. We provide free, detailed quotes for every project — just get in touch with your project details.

How long does a typical project take?

Most single-site surveys are completed in one day of field work. Processed deliverables are typically ready within 24–48 hours, depending on the scope and data type. Larger projects may take longer.

What accuracy can I expect?

With RTK/PPK positioning and ground control points, we achieve survey-grade accuracy suitable for engineering and construction applications. Exact figures depend on the sensor and conditions — we'll discuss this during project planning.

Do you need access to my site?

Yes, we'll need access to set up ground control points and operate our drones safely. We coordinate access logistics with you during project planning and always follow site safety protocols.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. All our pilots hold Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certificates. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and follow all Transport Canada regulations for commercial drone operations.

What file formats do you deliver?

We deliver in whatever format your team needs — LAS/LAZ, GeoTIFF, DWG/DXF, shapefiles, KML, ECW, OBJ, and more. We'll confirm deliverable specifications before the project begins.
