GIS & CAD FAQ

Can you work with data we've collected ourselves?

Absolutely. If you have your own drone and collect imagery or LiDAR data, we can process it into GIS and CAD deliverables for you. We regularly process third-party data through Agisoft Metashape, and we can also integrate your drone data with existing survey control, GIS databases, or CAD templates.

What coordinate systems do you support?

We work with all standard North American coordinate systems — NAD83 CSRS UTM zones, BC Albers, provincial grid systems, and WGS84. We also support custom site coordinate systems used on construction and mining projects. Just tell us what your team needs and we'll deliver in that CRS.

Do you provide ongoing GIS support or just one-time deliveries?

Both. For many clients, we provide a one-time data processing and delivery package. For others — especially mining operations and large construction projects — we offer ongoing GIS support where we maintain and update your geospatial datasets as new survey data comes in throughout the project lifecycle.
